Commerce Sync needed a website that did more than just provide information. They wanted a site that could capture trial sign up after their hard work bringing visitors through organic search, social media, and ads.
The goal was to create a website that clearly communicated the benefits of their software to small and medium-sized businesses, guided visitors to the information that mattered most to them, and encouraged them to sign up for a free trial.

Small and medium businesses want high-ROI services that give them exactly what they need—no unnecessary extras driving up costs. With a tech-based accounting service, they’re looking for two things: time-saving and accuracy.On top of that, they want simple solutions that let them focus on growing their business.
Why the Current Site Isn’t Working
It doesn’t show right away how the service is built for small businesses. Visitors lose interest before they even see the benefits: time-saving, accuracy, cost-effective pricing, and free support.It’s missing strong trust signals, which makes it harder to get people to sign up.
Our Idea
Create a strong first impression of a tailored offer for small businesses within the first 5 seconds. Then, guide users through compelling trust signals over the next 35 seconds, leading them to sign up for a free trial.
Solution
Design language
Commerce Sync needed a look that positioned them perfectly in the fintech space—modern, professional, and trustworthy—while still keeping their vibrant and dynamic vibe to stand out.
To achieve this, we used gradient designs featuring their two main brand colors and incorporated gradient-infused infographics.To convey "simple" and "accurate," we removed unnecessary animations and replaced them with clear visuals showcasing their intuitive and easy-to-use software interface.
Homepage
We crafted the hero banner to make a strong first impression by highlighting the key benefit for small businesses in the headline and adding trust signals like client names and review stars from the App Store and Google Play.
To build trust and inspire action, we included authentic testimonials in the form of slideshow-style customer story videos, showcasing real case studies.
Key resources, such as comparison reports, were moved to the homepage for easy access, ensuring potential clients can quickly weigh their options. Previously, these materials were hidden behind vague buttons.
Strategically placed standout CTA buttons at every section, shorten the path to take action for visitors when they get enough information.

To make product features easy to skim, we added clear headlines for each feature along with a screenshot of the software interface for better visualization.
Now, visitors can absorb key information and take action in just two clicks, making their journey quicker and more compelling.
